Return Policy
Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All product returns authorized by DVCONTROL.COM management for credit or exchange are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, and must be completed within 15 days of the date of invoice.
Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors.
Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock availability at time of shipment we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items. DVCONTROL.COM policies are subject to change without notice. We do out best to ship all orders as rapidly and currently as possible. However, DVCONTROL.COM is not liable for late or delayed shipments of system failures.

Shipping
We currently offer one shipping options within the United States: USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days. The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
